Hossein Rezvani is a German-Iranian designer. He represents his family’s third generation of Iranian carpet design and production. Rezvani carpets are a reinterpretation of the classical identity of the Iranian carpet. They are a contemporary twist with a desire to create a timeless classic.

‌‌His most recent project, titled “Lost in Translation“ is his latest carpet designed for display at Argo Factory: Maghaaze. Growing up between cultures and traveling the world has made him the person he is today. He has not forgotten his roots but when asked; “Do you consider yourself German-Iranian or Iranian-German?” He says: More than ever I don’t know, I feel like I’m lost between the worlds, I feel lost in translation.
